Develop Chatbots with Watson Assistant, Part 4: Integration with UI and Other Apps

This is the fourth of the 5 workshops about building virtual agents (chatbots) with the IBM Watson Assistant (WA). With WA you can leverage pre-build integration with Social networks, Help-desk solutions or embed your conversation in your Web site without any development. It can also look for answers in dedicated knowledge bases by integrating Watson Discovery. This session is built to provide you all information to do all of these with minimum effort and give some tips to manage critical data.

Date: September 15 from 9:00 to 12:00 Central European Time

With the IBM Watson Assistant (WA), you can create an enhanced virtual agent and chatbots that understand natural-language input and communicate with your users simulating a real human conversation flow. WA allows you to quickly build, test and deploy a chatbot conversational solution across any channel. We invite you to get up-close and personal with WA. If you are looking to add cognitive capabilities to create smart user experiences, come and participate to this series of 5 short sessions.
